50pts

Solution
The submission looked as if the position of the letters had been changed. As a hint, I used the fact that the flags of the task in question start with ctftech{ and I noticed that the original was in the same format but with the wrong letters.
I decided to try a simple Ceasar chipper that changes the meaning of the letters. I used the CyberChef app for this and tried the ROT13 encoding, which changes the position of the letters by 13 points.
